How long does an oven clean take?+
Most single ovens take 60–90 minutes. Double ovens, range cookers and AGAs take longer — you'll see the exact time when you pick a service.
Are the products safe for pets and children?+
Yes. We only use biodegradable, non-caustic products. Your oven is safe to use immediately after we leave.
Do I need to be home?+
As long as we can access the kitchen and a water source, no. Many customers leave a key with a neighbour.
Do you clean AGAs?+
Yes — AGAs are hand-cleaned (never dip-tanked) by a technician trained on cast-iron heat-storage cookers.
Will there be any mess?+
No. We bring dust sheets, our own water and a dip tank for the vehicle. Your kitchen looks exactly as it did when we arrived — only cleaner.
How do I pay?+
Cash, bank transfer or card on the day. Deposits (if applicable) are taken online via Stripe.
Do you cover my area?+
We cover Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, Ringwood, the New Forest and wider Dorset. Send a WhatsApp with your postcode if unsure.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Free reschedule up to 24 hours before your slot. Deposits are refunded in full outside that window.
